Check incidents, after determining that any risk is invalid, or has been revoked and
deleted, mark the incident as **Ignored** or **Resolved**.

Ignore repositories that we do not own (i.e. Max's)

Warnings are pushed to the Specify **updown-monitoring** Slack channel
